FITNESS
Evergreens fitness center is comprised of two rooms. First our cardio and free weights which consists of 7 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, 2 stationary bikes, 2 stair machines and 1 recumbent bike. Our free weights range from 2lbs up to 70lbs dumbbells which are great to utilize on one of the flat benches or the incline bench. We also have a sit up bench along with 2-3 ab-rollers. The adjacent room accommodates all of our Cybex machine weight equipment. We have a machine to work every part of the body with full diagram chart on each machine explaining which muscles your working along with proper technique.
If your a beginner looking for some help, we have just what you need. Brad, owner of Athletic Edge Sports Performance, is our personal trainer, and is excellent in working with kids of all ages, adults and seniors. Brad established his elite athlete training company in the Fall of 2008 and we are proud to have him call Evergreen Racquet & Fitness club his home! So, no matter what your age or fitness level, Evergreen has the tools and resources to get you in the shape of your life.

Buddy Training: Offered in small group settings to accomplish your fitness goals together. These sessions are anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes and cover strength, flexibility, core and fitness.
Cost: $30 each participant (Includes assessment and programming to continue your training.
